If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellation fees may apply, depending on the timing of your cancellation. If we are unable to provide our services due to circumstances beyond our control, we will offer a full refund of any payments made.

Photography and Copyright

RSVP SYSTEM owns the copyright to all photographs taken during our services. We reserve the right to use these photographs for promotional purposes, unless you request otherwise. You may use the photographs for personal use, but may not sell or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Confidentiality

We will keep all information and materials provided to us confidential, and will not disclose them to any third party without your written consent, except as required by law.

Changes to Services and Terms

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue our services at any time, without notice. We also reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time, without notice. Any modifications will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from our services will be resolved in accordance with Indonesian law and jurisdiction.

Indemnification
